Everything was wonderful. I did feel the water situation was not the best. We lost electricity a few times, but, it was still the best property for our family. We had the best time and the few blips were insignificant. Ricky, the property manager was amazing and was there anytime there was even the slightest issue. It’s wonderful to have a house literally on the beach. Check in and check out were a breeeze

We had an amazing time with family. The property is about 20 to 30 minutes south of town so not a far drive, which you will have to do if you dont bring food. It is a very private resort with a private beach. You will also have a "pass" or access to the grand mayan resort which is about a 10 min drive where they have a lazy river and restaurants (i dont recommend restaurants there however lol food was bad). We ended up buying groceries at walmart and grilling by the pools. Which i found out the offer to pick up groceries for you as well! Check-in was pretty easy. Hotels.com phone number provided was out of service so i sent a message and they immediately called me to provide more information on how to get there and what to expect. The Condo itself was super spacious we had 3 master bedrooms, 2 of which had access to the balcony. The a/c worked great and there was plenty of towels for everyone (6 of us) the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you need as well as appliances. The jet hottub in one of the master bathrooms did not work so that was a bit of a bummer. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

The place is super clean, comfortable, if you want to go rest is perfect!!! Safe close to the Mayan Resort a 3 minute drive. Is perfect for a family w teenager, kids or just friends.

Everything was pretty easy, check in/out, etc. We’ve stayed in a lot of places in Puerto Peñasco and this was easily top 5. The house is nicely put together - didn’t feel we were missing anything. The rooftop patio was really nice. Access to the Mayan Palace was great. Property manager was super responsive. We were there with another adult couple, however the house is setup for families and could easily accommodate more. You are only about a 25ish min drive from town. The Mayan is a 5 min drive from the house. The beach here is the best in Puerto Peñasco. There are no vendors allowed, it is sandy instead of rocky, and you can explore the estuary. It was about a 6 mi round trip to walk from the Mayan all the way down to the estuary and back. This was a highlight - depending on the tides and time of day you can hop across sandbars and be standing in the middle of the sea. There was a ton of wildlife and shells. The food at the Mayan is great and the Vidanta golf course is the best golf in Puerto Peñasco. Food and drink costs at the Mayan are NOT outrageous. The breakfast buffet there was amazing. Service was fantastic -the bellman even fixed one of our headlights! Mayan also has a lot of free activities they put on during the day like sand volleyball, beach soccer, Mexican lottery, etc. Internet at the house worked well. Only downside was that we couldn’t get internet access at the Mayan as that is reserved for guests, but cell service was good. Would 100% stay again.
