The only suggestion I had was it needs a gutter above the front porch steps. It rained a lot while we were there and we'd get the most soaked trying to get up the steps to the porch. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars on the property condition.
My friend asked me to suggest a fake fireplace but wasn't a necessity for me.
