This gorgeous 5 bedroom, 5 and half bathroom home was just built on Isle of Palms and will provide the perfect home for your beach escape. The living room and kitchen feature an open concept floorplan for both entertaining and relaxing with ample room to spread out. The kitchen is spacious with a large island for prep, very large refrigerator, dual dishwashers and a walk-in pantry area. Additionally, there is a bar area with an ice maker, wine fridge and beer fridge.

The living room adjoins a very large screened-in porch with an additional dining table and lounge area that overlooks the backyard and seasonally heated pool! The home features dual master bedrooms and four of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers. Upstairs there is an additional lounge area with dual televisions perfect for kids gaming duels or watching multiple sports games at the same time. The house has Cat6 high speed wired internet to all TVs and they are setup with Hulu Cable. The house also has Sonos Speakers in the common areas. The home is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and 6 minute drive to the markets and restaurants of front beach. Its only 2 blocks away from the new Islander 71 restaurant with views of the marina and Intracoastal waterway!

This property, while beautiful in photos, is so much better in person! There were so many bonus things we liked about it while we were there. The massive garages were nice as it rained on the days we arrived and departed. There were plenty of bath towels for our large group. The beds were comfortable and a few of the rooms comfortably housed our extra pack-n-plays. The kitchen had enough dishes and cutlery and the house has AWESOME storage and closets. The screened in porch is wonderful and the walk to the beach is so easy, our group with several children under 5 had no problem coming and going a few times a day.My only suggestion to the property manager would be to add a few blankets in the home. It was a cooler week while we were here and the AC works very well, especially in the large master bedroom downstairs and living room.We would happily rebook this home again!

The Perfect Beach House

Great house with perfect furnishings and location! Book it ASAP! The owner and management went above and beyond to assist with a couple of special needs. Highly recommend! The whole family had a fabulous visit. We will be back!

Great Trip!

House was great with all the amenities you could ask for. One of the nicest houses that we have ever stayed in while on vacation. Golf cart was a nice addition get everything to the beach if needed, but was also an easy walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this house and location in the Isle of Palms!

Exceeded expectations

We booked last minute due to a change of plans and we could not have been more pleased that we ended up staying here. The pictures do not do the house justice. Beautiful, tall ceilings, clean, and well appointed. For two adults and a toddler it was huge and we would definitely consider staying here with friends or extended family. Wonderful home for extended family get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the location and proximity to the beach was wonderful. Our kids loved the pool and it was easy to get into Charleston and explore the area. We would recommend this vacation home for family gatherings like ours - it worked perfectly for us!

I love the house unfortunately the pool that was to be a heated pool was not on and the pool could not be used. I was very surprised to find all the living room furniture was with down. Which I'm very allergic to so i could not sit and visit or watch tv in the living room. Over all the home is beautiful.

Charleston Stay

The home is beautiful, and the location is great. However, i feel for such a newly remodeled home it was lacking a lot of things. The bedding is cheap, pillows target quality, the sheets were like cheap hotel quality. I purchased all to make my stay more comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful as well as the appliances. The dishes, pots and pans and silverware are cheap. The outside patio lounge chairs have seen their last day. The master bath is very nice however lacking quality bath towels.

Absolutely wonderful house!

Beautiful house that was actually much larger than it looked online. The location was great and we enjoyed the pool,the large kitchen ,the large enclosed deck, the golf cart, etc etc!. We all had so much fun! This is a great place for a large group (there were 10 of us). I would love to stay here again!

Gorgeous new beach home!

Wow, we were lucky enough to be the first guests to stay in this brand new house and it was gorgeous!! The layout was open and the location was wonderful!! The well equipped kitchen and floorplan was great for cooking meals which we enjoyed both inside and on the spacious porch. The home was close to the beach and on a quiet street! There were two living areas and a spacious screened in patio so we were able to spread out which was great for our large family! All bedrooms other than bunk bed room had their own private bathrooms. Our kids loved the heated pool, backyard and we made wonderful memories in this beautiful home. We would love to stay here again!!
