The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar with two barstools, ideal for casual meals or drinks. The comfortable living room, complete with a television, offers a cozy place to gather, while the community pool provides a refreshing escape on hot days. For added convenience, you'll find in-home laundry and parking, making your stay stress-free. There are also two additional twin beds upstairs for additional sleeping space. Plus, with a credit to rent beach gear, you can easily enjoy the sand and surf.
Whether you're relaxing on the balcony, lounging by the pool, or heading out to explore the local sights, 304 D Port O Call is the perfect home base for your coastal getaway.

The Isle of Palms Marina is a five-minute drive from Port O Call. There is so much to do at the Marina! You can rent a paddleboard or go on a kayak adventure. Schedule an Eco tour of the tidal marsh and uninhabited islands north of the Isle of Palms, hop on a fishing charter, rent a boat, or pop in the well-stocked marina store or restaurant. Make sure to check out the beautiful and Historic city of Charleston, which is only a 35-minute drive away!

- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Port O Call pool is open year-round but not heated.
- There is a community grill available.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Port O Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
