Wouldn't stay here again.

The first room we were assigned was absolutely disgusting. The staff working in the front reception area were very friendly and accomodating and upgraded me to a clean suite. The hotel is run down and it was super dirty. I didn't see one person vaccum the entire time.

This Hotel does not offer breakfast complimentary with your room. Limit menus. A/C didnt work in room we checked in with. Carpets made my feet dirty, so I washed them and wore shoes the rest of the time in our rooms. The Pool area has a water slide. That is the ONLY reason we picked this hotel specifically, but on a long weekend the water slide was closed on Monday. We will NOT BE STAYING at this hotel again.

So many people sitting in lobby drinking room was just ok and not the cleanest Would pay more next time to go somewhere else to not experience not feeling safe

I reached at the hotel around 10pm in room 135 after driving for so long. I booked this hotel just so we can rest so I can continue driving the next day. After I settled in I turned on the ac and it wasn’t working. So I called and they gave me a fan. A window fan which i had to put on a table A loud fan which didn’t let me sleep. I had no energy to call them or to say anything further to them at that point. Please help me resolve my bad experience with this hotel and my lack of rest I got after booking this hotel just to rest for the night. I’ll be waiting for your response.

Dirty and things were breaking/broken and falling apart. First room smelled like mold and had an industrial fan going when we walked in with a dirty towel on the floor. Got moved to another room that had sticky floors, dirty cabinets, falling apart curtains and chair. The toilet leaked and the tub barely drained. The carpet in the hallway by our door was wet and the molding along the wall and floor was ripped out and laying all over the floor.

I don't understand staffs who are confidently telling me that the air conditioner is broken and can't be fixed during the peak summer season. But the lobby is air conditioned. I was traveling across Canada and this hotel is the only disappointment.

Had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get into the hotel. Then the front desk had me sign a guarantee that there would be no smoking in the room. When we got to the room it smelled of of smoke ( neither of us smoke) called the front desk and they just said they would make a note of it. All night people were going out the emergency doors and setting off the alarms hard to sleep when the alarms are going off every 20 to 30 minutes. We did not go in the pool but the area looked terrible. There was only a couple of people in the pool but wet towels everywhere and tables covered in garbage. Not a pleasant experience.

Staff very friendly. I wore socks in the room, and my wife noticed the bottom of my white socks were black! Plus we were given 3 hot breakfast tickets, but the restaurant doesn't open until 8am, not ideal for people traveling. Will not go back.

Family vacation

Unfortunately this was a terrible start to our vacation. From worms in the couch bed, to loud noises pretty much all night. Checked in at 1:30am and got 2 hours sleep due to all the noise, with a 15 hour drive ahead the next day. So just very disappointed with this property.
