It is located in a strategic point, 10 km from Pozzallo and 10 km from the famous Marzamemi (Pachino) and is only a 7-minute walk from the sea, i.e. 700 m (Punta Cirica and Porto Ulisse).

The house consists of a spacious kitchen/living room with a large dining table for 10, breakfast bar, and sitting area with two sofas and chairs, and open fireplace.
The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, a gas stove and oven, and fridge freezer, air condition and Wi-Fi.
It has 3 simple bedrooms (one double, one twin, and one single) which are comfortable but functional so that each couple/person can have their own space.
The house has a beautiful, bright 70 m2 terrace which faces a circular ornamental fountain with a statue.
In addition, the house has a large exotic garden with more than 50 plants (mandarins, lemons, pears, apples, figs etc ...). In total there are more than 3000 square meters of land, garden and plants.
