The staff was very friendly and the hotel room was clean and tidy. Recently renovated, so very modern with all the necessary items for a great stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great assortment of food.

Öncelikle; oda temiz, kliması çalışıyor ancak eski olduğu için çalıştığında kötü bir koku geliyor. Odada su, kettle ve buzdolabı vardı. Duş için şampuan konulmuştu. Kötü yanlarına gelirsek, oda arka tarafa bakıyordu ve çok iç daraltıcıydı. Karşı taraftaki daireden ve üst kattan çok fazla ses geliyordu, ses yalıtımları iyi değil, üst katta yürüldüğünde odamız gümbür gümbür ediyordu ve tüm konuşma gülme sesleri duyuluyordu. Banyoda ara sıra giderden kötü koku geliyordu ancak sürekli değil. Ayrıca banyonun kapısı bazen kapanıyor bazen kapanmıyordu. En olumsuz özelliği sabahın 10.30’unda temizlikçi kadın kapıyı bildiğiniz açmaya çalıştı, çalmadı, direkt açmaya çalıştı. Kapıya gittiğimizde kadın Rusça temizlik isteyip istemediğimizi sordu, 12’de çıkış yapacağımızı söyledik. Daha sonra 11.30’da tekrar çalıp çıkış saatinin 12 olduğunu söylediler. Ardından temizlikçi tekrar kapıyı açmayı çalıştı, açılmayınca bildiğiniz anahtarla girmeye çalıştı. Kapıyı açıp 12’de çıkış yapacağımızı söyledim ancak kadın Türkçe ya da İngilizce konuşmuyordu. Rusça bildiğim için iletişim kurabildim ancak bu çok saçmaydı. Dört gün kaldık ve üç gün her sabah direk kapıyı açarak kontrol yapıldı. Bu hiç hoş bir davranış değil, bu yüzden tekrardan burada konaklamayacağım.

Guten Tag Zusammen, leider 1 oder zwei Sterne ist auch viel zu geben für diese Boutique 24 ich möchte euch mein Erfahrung wegen diese Hotel mitteilen. Mein Bruder und ich haben wir Urlaub gehabt im September wir haben Hotel Boutique 24 nach Bewertung gebucht. Sehr Sehr enttäuscht nach der Ankunft in Boutique 24 haben wir ein kleines Zimmer im Dach bekommen sehr sehr warm Ich habe für Zwei Personen gebucht, haben wir ein sehr kleines Bett hat nicht für 1 Person gereicht, Wasser voll unter dem Bett ich habe sofort Mitarbeiter gerufen damit er sauber macht der könnte keine English sprechen. Es gab noch mehrere Zimmer frei aber der zuständige Mitarbeiter wollte uns nicht geben hab der Schlüssel nach 15 Minuten zurück gegeben sind wir in ein andere Hotel gegangen. Notice: die Kartons, Matratze, Holz stand hinter das Zimmer falls jemanden beweise habe ich genug. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
