The location of property is central and helps one with ease of movement. Restaurants and shops are close by. However, items in property such as shower, pillows, bed sheets, kitchen wares all looked worn out. There is need to replace them with new and clean ones. Also, there is dampness in the bathroom which needs sorting out

I was shocked when I entered this place starting from the unsecured stairs to the horrible terrace. I paid Expedia the amount of $ 730 to live in a decent place but detay suites was not as it was photographed online. I stayed for one night only and left the place on the second day. My money was gone no refund. I had to book another hotel so the cost was double for me. You will think why I left this hotel, the answer is: smelly toilet, unsecured terrace, unclean bathroom, no toiletries, terrace slide door fell on the terrace edge when I tried to close it and ripped bed sheet. I would give it one star hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone ever. You loose your money and will not get a refund. I am so disappointed in Expedia to say the least.

Fotos im Internet stimmen nicht überein. Musste für ein "upgrade" mehr zahlen da das erste Zimmer im Keller war, gestunken hat und überhaupt nicht wie auf den Fotos aussieht. Das zweite Zimmer war auch eine Katastrophe aber wir hatten keine Zeit und keine Lust etwas anderes zu suchen da wir auch alles im Voraus bezahlt haben. Einen Tipp für alle: einfach vermeiden und was anderes suchen.

Good location. Close to Taksim Square. We did not get the same room as we booked. First they told us that we should stay in a temporary suite for 2 days in the basement until they fix water leakage in the suite we have booked. After two days they moved us to another suites also in the basement but it was terrible suite. Much worse than we had before. Very very moist. Broken floor. Moisture over everything. You cannot breathe. And it is not advisable to sit in the room. No shampoo, broken and dirty towels and sheets. Please look at the pictures I have attached. The pictures they have in Hotel.com do not match the reality at all. I wonder how hotel.com makes such an advertisement and advertisement for such suites and how offers its customers to stay in a horrible suite.
