The room is nice, clean and newly renovated, though tiny, just a bed. The staff is polite. Certain probs with English there. They can explain simple things like 'going right, turning left'. More complicated questions, especially over the phone, are better handled independently :) The new door springs are very tight, so even at night you can hear the sound of slamming doors echoing down the hallway. Earplugs help :)

the hotel is situated in a narrow street. make it difficult for a taxi to come. It is also difficult to carry luggage to the hotel. Room does not have tea, sugar, coffee, or even to make hot beverage. For the price, I think it is too pricey. Bathroom also smell.

There is some road work being done around the hotel area. So the area is a bit dusty and muddy at times. The property is safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 1 month for work. The bed is not the most comfortable, but the place is clean. Housekeeping services daily. The Eresin is next door and I went frequently to use the gym and spa services. The gym was 1000 TL per day. The Eresin hotel also have a decent restaurant that I ate from at times. The Eresin hotel is right in front of a tram stop. This made it easy to get to the Grand Bazaar ect. The Express is very basic, they provide hot water and a vending machine in the lobby. But no, coffee or tea and no bottle waters to the room. No room service. I did use the Eresin ( next door hotel) laundry services. But I guess for the price of the Express you can’t expect much more. Overall it’s a nice clean safe hotel. With a fairly modern and simplistic design. It is just for express lodging. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

First off, Mihraban at the Front Desk was the best in terms of service. I booked this hotel with Expedia points as it had very favorable reviews & ratings on your site. Unfortunately, the reviews from other guests citing how noisy this hotel is was more than true. I couldn’t sleep for 4 nights as I could hear everything coming from the adjacent room, corridor, elevator & more. The lights in the room are terrible. The street in front of the hotel is being torn up, so either muddy or dusty.

This turned out to be the perfect spot . We needed to spend some of our time futher west (got there by taxi) but also wanted the convenience to see the sights in the afternoons so it was a perfect option . Situated just 2 mins from the main tramline ✅✅✅ into Sultanamet Just a short 2 mins walk - There are lots modestly priced restaurants just at the adjacent road, plus a supermarket too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Its very clean and well maintained. 24 hr desk , great a/c

Small rooms, good common areas.

Staff are okay. Although they could do with being more humble and polite. They speak good enough English to get by. All common areas are kept clean. Rooms are very small. Could do with removing unnecessary furniture. Bathroom could do with a good scrub as soapscum had gathered in tiles, corners, sink and taps. Showers can be daunting as lots of water goes out onto bathroom floor. The hotel in my opinion was 24 degrees warm. This is well beyond average and can become extremely claustrophobic at times.
