Televizyonlar calısmıyor. Kurumsal bir otel değil kimin işlettiği belli değil. Çok fazla eksiklikleri var. Güven hissi yok.

Çok kötü

Temizlik hizmet açısından berbattı. Yorganı bir çarşafla sarmışlar leke içinde pis bir yorgan çarşafta leke içindeydi. Çok gürültülü bir otel.

Temiz bir otel.

Resepsiyonda duran görevli gayet yardım sever birisi. Misafirlere karşı ilgisi yükseķ birisi. Otel odası biraz küçük olmasına rağmen çok temiz ve yatakları çok konforlu. Tercih edebilirsiniz.

I had daily wifi issues, you can't have breakfast before 9am, I went there at 8.30 am, no one of the staff was there. Orange juice is not included in the breakfast menu, you have to pay for it 20 turkish liras. They didn't clean my room during my whole stay, which was 6 days. Run for your life, don't choose this hotel!!!

Двое суток в Fairytale Hotel

Основным бизнесом владельцев отеля является ресторан, а отель, ИМХО, является дополнительным заработком. Соответственно, при каждом заходе в номер вам будут предлагать поесть в их ресторане. Плюсы отеля: 1. Месторасположение (очень близко до Голубой мечети и ипподрома). 2. Неплохой уютный номер, хотя и довольно маленький. 3. Наличие чайника в номере. 4. Понравились окна в пол и маленькие балкончики. 5. Наличие сейфа в номере (хотя я им не пользовался) Минусы: 1. При заселении на ресепшене стали требовать какую-то оплату. Номер был оплачен онлайн в российских рублях через PayPal. 2. В номере есть шкаф, но в нем нет вешалок. 3. В номере есть чайник и стаканы. Положили даже два пакетика чая и сахар, но нет чайных ложек. 4. Не было обещанной бесплатной бутилированной воды. 5. Не было обещанных тапочек. 6. За двое суток номер ни разу не убирали. 7. Сломана одна стенка душевой кабины. Поэтому когда принимаешь душ все льется на рядом расположенный унитаз. 8. Кабельного ТВ нет, есть штук 10 местных каналов. 9. Wi-Fi очень медленный! 10. Придя в 8 утра на завтрак обнаружил закрытый ресторан и спящего на полу сотрудника. Через некоторое время вопрос с завтраком был решен - подали яичницу из одного яйца, огурец, помидор, джем и чай. То есть порционный континентальный завтрак, который надо еще выпрашивать. Шведского стола там нет! 11. Нет урны в номере. 12. Был шампунь, но не было мыла для рук!

Hôtel très proche de la place sultanahmet mais je vraiment très déçu de l’éta De la chambre qui était minuscule et sale .nous avons cherché pendant 15min l’hotel avec ce nom alors qu’il avait un autre nom ! Personnel pas acceuillant du tout ! Je déconseille cet hôtel infesté de cafard et très bruyant la nuit . Nous avions une couette 1personne pour 2 personneset j’en passe de tous les côtés négatifs, nous avons très mal dormi et nous avons toujours mangé ailleurs car la cuisine laissait à désirer
