I had a wonderful stay at Fer Hotel. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. We were welcomed by the Front Office Manager, Mr. Kemal, who made our check-in and stay very smooth. He was Fantastic! Knowledgeable and friendly. The entire staff was exceptional. Ms. Beyan from Housekeeping ensured that our room remained spotless and smelled fresh throughout our stay. I would also like to thank Saïd at Reception, Faruk from Guest Relations, Mr. Ibrahim (Operations Manager), Mr. Onur, and Mr. Egnam. The hotel is modern, clean, and well situated, within walking distance of public transportation and local restaurants and shops. I will definitely come back to Fer Hotel the next time I visit Istanbul.

This place is a 10 out of 10, from the moment you arrive you are treated with charm and attentiveness, do go for the breakfast , it’s delicious, varied and quality food. The place is impecable, the beddings are great, the staff is fantastic and welcoming. Location is perfect for first time visitors wanting to see main attractions. You can’t go wrong booking here , highly recommend and will be returning in April .

I had such a wonderful stay at Fer Hotel! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded us to a King Suite, which was so kind and made our stay extra special. The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and in a perfect location — just a short walk to the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque. A big thank you to Ibrahim, who was amazing throughout our stay. He gave us the best local tips and restaurant recommendations that really helped us experience Istanbul like locals. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had — I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable although the glass wall to the bathroom meant keeping the blind down the entire weeks stay. A proper wall would be better. One of the windows had a broken latch which meant that it was slightly ajar which meant the room had a lot of road noise. We only noticed the problem the morning that we left.

Great Choice

We reserved a senior suite. It was an interior room so very quiet which is important to us. It had a separate sitting area with a tv which allowed for plenty of space. There was an add at the foot of the bed. The shower had excellent pressure. The staff was extremely helpful and willing g to ensure you had a great stay. .
