Booked a view with a sea view and a balcony. Was at first given a room in the basement of a their annex building, which in face did not have a sea view, instead it had a view of some construction and train tracks that shook the room when trains passed by, and had bugs in the bathroom. After the first night in the basement, was moved up a floor in the annex building, and still did not have the sea view of balcony that I booked. I appreciate that the management tried to help out, but I was given significantly less than I paid for.

The hotel is located within a short walking distance to the Blue Mosque. It is very convenient. We booked a room with a view of the Bosporus, which is worth the extra costs as the view is incredible. We pre-arranged airport pickup with the hotel. The instructions as to pick-up location were a bit confusing and we had to call the hotel for clarifications. But other than that, everything went very smoothly.

It was a good Experience, Staffing is very Friendly and helpful , they just need to work on The Breakfast Manu more and to have more Variety with the TV Channels they have , Barely some workes and all are in Turkish! But overall it was a good experience and definitely I recommend it

The hotel is in a great area and walking distance from all the tourist attractions. Around the hotels they’re even have great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. I really loved this hotel but most important the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Whatever we asked they were always there to help us . I would also highly recommend the massages and the hammas bath with Elena and her sister . They were the best I had is Turkey.

Incredible staff, very welcoming and helpful. Any time we needed suggestions they were happy to assist and we were happy each time. Wonderful location easy to access from the airport, but still right next to the most important sites. Quiet with wonderful views. Cosy getaway in old town Istanbul

Staff helped us with directions to find whatever we needed. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet. The surrounding environment around the hotel had many cute cats! Easy to feed and the cats are very cuddly and social.

Although the hotel is located with local shops and transportation, it looks congested and small. I had a terrible night with no sleep at down stairs kids running around and making noise banging doors at 2 am in the night. Nothing seems be done from hotel staff in spite of reporting.
