Best manager and staff ever!!!

I can not thank the staff enough for their service and dedication! First, I want to thank Mr. Vedat Salt for managing the property and taking great care of his guests!! He went above and beyond to my inquiries when I called him at 4:00 in the morning when he was at his house to check if I had left my phone at the hotel when I checked out. Also, his staff, Gurkan, was helping me track my phone, and we found that I had left it in the taxi. He managed to communicate with the taxi driver to get it back and keep it for me until I returned the following week! I loved everything about the hotel: the cleanliness, service, location, and, more importantly, the staff. I would stay there again when I visit Istanbul. Thank you Mr. VEDAT.
