Location: It is very close to Itambul airport, We selected it for that, however it is fantastic . is straight shot on the highway from Airport. Your GPS might scare you that Taxi is taking you the wrong way but the Taxi person Irfan did very well . Just had to show him the adress. cost abut 430 Lira. (plus tip) Look and feel /food: Modern holte, new , staff is amazing breaskfast was super cool. very exetenive, even had Honeycomb to get honey off , super neat idea. Also new rooms. Staff for superb. Front Desk / staff: Zaynep was at front desk very helpful. if you need medication front desk will give the info about phamracy ( you can jsut use whatsapp and they respond) very very convinent. Room service: I got to my room 1 am , orderd room service. went down to the front deks they ordered me a warm fresh made cheicken wrap with avacado salad and complimetry Lays chips. It was Mr.... Ayberk who took order and made the food. Mr. Ayberk the awesome .

It was only an overnight stay as it was close to the airport. The hotel was great, seemed pretty new and clean and comfortable room. Also, we had a very nice dinner there as well.

I arrived to the property after 11pm, there was noone to help with the luggage or car park. The parking lot has sharp and tricky turns. The area is not great, would be scared to walk around at night. There are street dogs walking around. The staff was pleasant though. They have room service for late arrivers and a bar that is open.

We had only 12 hours and needed a convenient hotel to Istanbul Airport, which is far from the city. This was a great option! Very new, has a restaurant and bar (not common for those of you thinking of US Hampton Inns). Was the perfect spot for a quick overnitght.

This property is close to the metro that connects in 2 stops to the IST Havilmani Airport. The reception desk staff were very helpful, even though it appeared several staff members. were being trained. They were all cheerful and anxious to be certain I was well taken care of. The breakfast was reasonable, the hours excellent, the women wait staff especially Nisa from Indonesia was cheerful, and attentive. The evening wait staff (mostly men) seemed more interested in chatting with themselves than attending to the customers. After waiting a half hour for the pizza I ordered I interrupted them and Baron, took on the task of assisting me. He had not been my original waiter nor had he been chatting with his colleagues. He was super…got my pizza in less than 5 min more waiting, and checked back during my meal to see if I needed anything. He should be the supervisor of the wait staff I think! The room met Hilton’s high standards for being like “one’s home away from home”, which was helpful as I stayed longer than anticipated to recover from food poisoning acquired before I arrived in Turkey. The reception desk also ordered a taxi to take me to the airport upon my departure with a pre determined approximation of the charge. This hotel is clearly used by Turkish Airlines flight attendants. I am not certain how frequently they receive English speaking guests, which posed some minor communication issues. All in all, I still feel they provided a good experience.
