I’ve lost count how many times I’ve stayed it’s so good this hotel it was my wife’s second time staying here she and I agree the staff are great they went above and beyond for us they are so welcoming as soon as you arrive someone helps you with your bags which is exceptional even when we were changing rooms they were helpful they came and did everything for us they even gave me a birthday card which was a nice touch the rooms are brilliant huge beds cleans rooms and great shower power

A good modern hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location. However, the experience was let down by a significant additional fee added to my airport taxi fare. When I questioned the driver, he advised it was a hotel-imposed charge, despite a taxi rank being located nearby. Very disappointing.
