They gave my room to someone else. I waited for my room upon arrival. There weren't enough towels in the room. The cleanliness and sheets were poor. There was a lot of noise coming from the other room into my room.

The hotel is small and quaint. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. It is near the airport so pretty much all day and night you will hear the airplanes coming and going. The biggest issue i had was how there was a large gap between the door and the floor. You could literally hear everything and anyone could hear you. The walls are very thin and you can hear the conversations from the next room also.

The staff at the hotel was excellent, everyone from the breakfast server to the reception staff was very polite and helpful. I had one small issue with my room when I arrived and the next morning the staff corrected it without hesitation. Great service. The breakfast was simple but good, same everyday. Would recommend the Meyzi Hotel for short stays.
