Beautiful Hotel

Fabulous hotel, couldn’t fault the hotel, service and all the facilities. Only negative is that it’s located away from any shops and the nearest bus transport is a 10 minute walk.

Such a beautiful experience

Both my wife and I had a very good experience by all means. Service we very good and was worth every penny. Staff were amazing: very helpful and very warm. I remember some of the names in addition to the manager haydar: Salatin, Mert, Mehmet Nahail ... sorry if I spelled any of them incorrectly or if I missed any names. I strongly recommend other tourists to experience this hotel. For sure, in my next visit to Istanbul, I will choose it to stay.

Wonderful Stay and Excellent Service We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Everything was spotless, the service was top-notch, and the food was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the breakfast chef who remembered our request from the first day and prepared it for us every morning without asking. Truly outstanding hospitality – highly recommended!

A very old hotel not worth 5 star status. Rooms looking at buildings had metal curtains on windows. Felt like being in prison. Will not stay or recommend.

It was okay, nothing extra ordinary. No treats like toffee or sweets. Fridge was not working took them 2 days to come fix after complain. Meal was okay. Staff were good with information.
