This hotel came at a nice discount price, as it appears to be off of the normal tourist season. Staff are friendly. The place appears to be very safe. It also was clean. The only drawback is that it is a little bit further from the airport than it appears on the map. The Airport Shuttle is a little expensive, but if you want to take the metro and bus, be prepared to take a little longer, and have either a map with an active data plan or take very good notes in advance. Road signs are not very well marked.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Very clean and welcoming. Customer service was wonderful they also set up our shuttle service to airport. It is a walkable distance to nearby markets and restaurants.

This is a perfectly acceptable airport hotel. If you need a place to sleep for one night, the price is good. The wi-fi is good, the room is clean, and the water is hot.

Excellent stay both nights at Nenessa Airport Hotel. The service was great, clean bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Wished there were more options on pillows. They were a touch too firm.

Everything was top notch. Great for long transits in IST airport. Shower water pressure was one of the best I've seen and We were offered a baby bassinet free of charge for our 2 months infant. Would always stay there if I'm around the airport.

The hotel is new, therefore all facilities are as never used, the room facilities and decorations are excellent The hotel has shuttle from airport (both ways) 30 Euro

The value of the property was great but younger what you pay for right ? This hotel looks beautiful on the outside but the inside facilities are not up to par. Our toilet wouldn’t flush all the way, sink was clogged to the max, and the AC was not working , which was a feature listed in the description of property. The hotel shuttle is provided for a fee which is also not listed in the description. Expedia should update the listing with these details. We would not stay here again.
