I came from the US and the staff was great and friendly. They get 5 stars especially the man at the front desk who was so willing to help me translate and order a uber when I needed to go to the emergency room. The room was small but came with the necessities for me to stay 9 days. The shower is lovely and I like that it came with a washer and dryer. I disliked the noise all times through the day and night

Horrible experience from day one. As we came in AC wasn’t working. Called them several times and then the tech guy came in to fix it after many hours. Then their fridge wasn’t working the next day we realized. As we entered property smelled like gutter from their bathroom to their sink and could smell into entire apartment. We asked the management team to do something about it. They changed our room to a different room which was on the same level right front of our other room !! Same thing few hours later. Management team didn’t do nothing even after realizing the smell was bad and it was confirmed by their front desk staff as they told their management on duty tuba. Horrible experience for sure and we had to check out after two nights. They didn’t refund our money back. (I wouldn’t recommend nor i would ever ask a friends / family to book them) it’s a joke. Their property is old but they made it look like its new however multiple damages to their roof and their plumbing system for sure which tuba had confirmed.

It’s a very new building, clean and modern. I like the location it’s not very walkable however very close to a lot of attractions by taxi, 5-10 mins. The staff was very courteous. Rooms were very clean and nice, I’d stay here again for sure.

İçerisi şahane dekore edilmişti içeri girer girmez ferah bir lobi bizi karşılıyor. personeller hemen sizinle ilgilenmeye başlıyor. kaydımı tamamladıktan sonra bir personel eşliğinde odama geçtim. odaya girer girmez ferah ve geniş bir oda beni karşıladı. içerisi çok ama çok güzeldi. sanki evimdeymişim gibi hissetim. bütün mobilyalar,yatak ve yastıklar çok rahattı. herşeyden çok memnun kaldım. fiyatı uygundu ve konumu çok iyi yerdeydi. çevrede restoran ve alışveriş seçeneği oldukça fazlaydı. ilgili yaklaşımlarından dolayı personellere çok teşekkür ederim.
