We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. I was very worried about my parents, as they are elderly and had to fly through Istanbul with one night at a hotel. I chose the “Ramada” hotel, and honestly, I was very anxious, but everything turned out wonderfully. At the hotel, there is a Russian-speaking manager Svetlana, and she answered all my questions in advance. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful, and immediately reassured me, saying there was no need to worry: they would arrange a transfer for my parents, the driver would meet them at the airport and bring them to the hotel. And that is exactly what happened. My parents easily found the driver, who took them to the hotel, where Svetlana was already waiting for them. The room was excellent, and in the evening she even suggested they have dinner at the hotel restaurant. In the morning, the driver arrived right on time again and took them straight to the airport to the check-in area for their flight. Everything went perfectly, with no problems at all. Many thanks to Svetlana and the entire hotel staff for their care, attention, and excellent service!

The airport shuttle was pricey but very good. The driver communicated well. The hotel is close to the airport and in a beautiful location. The staff was above and beyond friendly and the hotel is brand spanking new, modern and very clean with all the amenities. My only complaint was that there are no shops close by and the hotel's restaurant did not have any Turkish food on it's menu. I would stay here again in a flash.
