Nice place

Enjoyed our brief stay. Location was fantastic for walking around to tourist sites. Room was comfy & clean. Staff was great.

During our stay the whole 6 nights, there was no tea and coffee top up. The shower head was severely broken and need to be replaced as water was wasted during showering. The coffee from the coffee machine for breakfast was exceptionally good.

Amazing little hotel

Lovely little hotel with super helpful staff. My room was immaculately cleaned every day. Amazing buffet breakfast. Short walk to many tourist attractions. Nice garden area.

Good choice for short stay

The main reason we chose the hotel was the rooftop terrace. Unfortunately it was closed. It seemed out of use for a long time. The room window faced to a firewall, so if u go economy, don't expect a view. However, the location was great, very close to all the sites. The staff was also nice and informative.

Free parking at the property, only if you leave the keys at the reception and the staff can move your car around. I ask before arriving at the property about parking but they didn’t say anything about keys at the reception. Not very nice and safe for personal cars. I find by myself a place across the road and I refuse to left the keys at the reception.

Great base for a 4 day City break

Room was nice and clean Great valve for money as you spend only a short while in the room 5 mins Minutes walk from blue mosque and Aya Sofia just another few minutes away walking basilca cistern and Tookapi palace were also within walking distance Breakfast due to corona was individually prepared instead of Buffet It was good AC wasn’t the best but it got better over the 4 day stay as the outdoor temp Cooled a little and the AC was kept on continuously even while we were out. It was a very hot time of the year to be fair and they did say they would sort of needed.

Lovely little hotel in the old city, literally 5 mins walk from Sultanahmet Mosque, another 5 to Aya Sofia and Topkapi Palace, perfect location. Surrounded by small shops, cafe's and restaurants. Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, no complaints at all. Food was nice, good range of choice for breakfast, would highly recommend.

Position of this hotel is excellent, it has good friendly staff and good choice at breakfast. It is a little noisy if you have a room on the front street and you have slam the doors to close them which means you here everyone’s movements. Overall I would happily book this hotel again.

During my summer visit to Istanbul I checked in here and arrived around 11 o’clock last night. After 36 hours of travel I was exhausted and asked for help ordering pizza. Good night reception is help me do it, but then use my phone number that I put down at reception at check-in to text me letting me know the pizza is on its way, and then once you deliver the pizza he texted me to wish me a good meal. By this time it was 1 AM. So I’m eating my pizza, feeling uncomfortable, and then I get an Instagram request from him as well. As a single woman, traveling alone, I am wildly uncomfortable with the fact that a male night receptionist contacted me on multiple forms of media by using my phone number from my check in forms. How wildly inappropriate and a horrible use of power. I moved my furniture up against the door to ensure I was extra protected in the night.

Selling itself as a luxury boutique hotel, when in fact it is just basic. Cleanliness is very poor. Dust on the phone in bathroom looks like it has never been cleaned. A bottle of wine in the room actually had mold on it. With regards to the facilities, the garden was closed and the roof terrace restaurant was also not open. As these were two of the selling points along with it being apparently luxury, I am very disappointed.

Very good option in Sultanahmet

Lots of choice in the area but this is a good one. Helpful and friendly staff...would especially like to acknowledge Muzaffer ....he has excellent customer service and runs a very good breakfast room. Area is good for walking to points of interest and there are many dinner options too. 5-7 minute walk to airport bus.
