Staff were very helpful and friendly. One guy Fatih would go above and beyond to help, would share his food and snacks and really make you feel welcome. Would recommend for everyone except if you have mobility or health problems as the area is quite hilly. Bus is very closeby and can take you to Karakoy/Eminonu/Besiktas, metro is about 10mins walk to Osmanbey and 20mins walk to Taksim.

Guy on the desk (name Fatih) was very helpful… Area around hotel not clean but hotel and rooms are updated and clean..! We stayed for 3 days with no issues. We paid for shuttle to airport and Fatih take care of it, shuttle was on time.

The staff from Solo Hotel were extremely nice and helpful. I felt safe there and I love the fact that they were always willing to give me suggestions and recommendations about Istanbul. I had great conversations with Fatih and the other guy who works during the night shift. Fatih made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help me. The other lady who did the breakfast was so sweet as well.

Mevki olarak sanayi bölgesi ancak rahatsız edici bir bölge değildi. Biz sadece konaklama olarak düşündüğümüz için bu ayrıntıya takılmadık. Aile suit oda olması sebebiyle 2 ayrı oda içten kapılı olması güzeldi. Ancak binanın eski olması sebebiyle odalarda koku vardı çocukların kaldığı tarafın ışığı çalışmadı, Tv çalışmadı. Çalışanları son derece saygılı ancak bize biraz tecrübesiz geldi. Örneğin. Biz odadan yokken hiç bir bilgi verilmeden odaya girip lambayı yapmaya çalışıyordu. Bu durumdan rahatsızlık duyduk. Onun dışında genel olarak iyiydi
