Friendly people. They like to help the tourists a lot. Nice breakfast. The beach in front of the hotel is a little dirt. But in 10 minutes walk you get to a better beach.

Terrível!!! Péssimo!!! Horrível!!! 1. Quarto p/ 4 pessoas -> No 1º dia deram um quarto de casal (muito pequeno) com 1 cama no chão e no dia seguinte queria colocar mais uma cama. No final trocaram para um quarto quadruplo. 2. O 2º quarto o ar estava travado em 16 graus C. A noite ou congelava ou morria de calor. Internet não funcionava. TV Smart de enfeite. Luz queimada. Porta emperrada. 3. Depois de 2 dias reclaramando disseram que tinham um outro quarto. Depois que arrumei as malas e fui trocar, não tinham mais o quarto. Depois de muita briga disponibilizaram outro quarto descente. 4. Piscina sem iluminação adequada. A noite é péssima. 5. A energia caia cerca de 20 a 30 vezes por noite. 6. No site diz que é Pé na Área, mas na verdade não é. Existe uma avenida e depois a praia. 7. O restaurante, tirando o café da manhã, é péssimo tbm, o preço e o atendimento. 8. Tem mesa de pembolim, porém é de enfeite, pois a recepção não disponibiliza as bolinhas para jogar. Meus filhos foram lá solicitar mais de 10 vezes e cada hora uma desculpa. 9. Falta iluminação nos quartos e corredores. Falta muitos cuidados básicos no hotel. Estadia péssima. A propagando do hotel é ótima mas na prática....

Pertinho do parque e praia

Quando cheguei, fui muito bem atendida. É pertinho do parque BCW, uns 5 minutos de carro. Não dei 5 estrelas porque demoram muito, muito para responder ao WhatsApp, ai tem q sair do quarto e ir na recepção. O ar estava vazando, não tive retorno da reclamação e elevador no último dia deu defeito também. Tem café da manhã, três piscinas, uma aquecida.

Boa estadia

Limpeza boa, atendimento também muito bom. Café da manhã excelente. A falta de um local pra pendurar as toalhas após o uso e as roupas molhadas usadas na piscina incomodam um pouco, assim como a pia no espaço do lavabo. A piscina como as dependências da pousada são excelentes para o que estavamos precisando.

Boa opção!

Fiquei no apartamento standard da ala nova, nos acomodou muito bem. Tudo limpo. O atendimento da recepção foi impecável a todo momento. O restaurante para almoço e jantar, muito bom. O que deixa a desejar é a instabilidade da internet e o café da manhã….devido o local ser aberto, muito quente e cheio de abelha.
