A estrutura do hotel é excelente, com diversas opções de lazer. Tem como vantagem um espaço com piscinas aquecidas que possibilita utiliza-las em dias frios, mas nesse espaço observei apenas um salva-vidas para 3 piscinas. As refeições tem muitas opções, são ótimas. O hotel possui funcionários atenciosos e solicitos, mas deixa a desejar no treinamento em equipe ..deixando desorganizada a integração dos espaços, o que ocasiona descaso com o hóspede em algumas situações.

Bom, mas pode melhorar.

O hotel é bom mas pode melhorar, a comida por exemplo não é tão boa. O cheiro da fazendinha no restaurante é bem desagradável poderiam tentar isolar. O prédio novo parece muito bom os outros dois precisam de reformas. Poucas atividades de recreação. Alguns funcionários precisam de treinamento, retiraram a comida meia hora antes do horário de término do jantar. A pizza poderia ser servida no jantar e não somente no café da tarde. As piscinas externas precisam ser climatizadas, são bonitas mas muito geladas. Talvez com o parque aquático seja mais atrativo.

O lugar é lindo, mas seu tamanho grande e a quantidade de pessoas hospedadas perde a característica de fazenda, e consequentemente o conforto. Restaurante sempre cheios, precisa se locomover de ônibus dentro do hotel. A comida deixa muito a desejar. Gordurosa, sem variedade. Estilo bandejão. Doces industrializados e de má qualidade, não tem o conforto e a ideia de comida caseira que um hotel fazenda remete. Passeios a cavalo pagos a parte e proibidos para menores de 7 anos. Mesmo em companhia dos pais (que andariam em pé ao lado do animal). Presenciei uma piscina infantil sem salva vidas. Ha um Kids club grande com brinquedos para crianças, porém sem nenhuma supervisão. presenciei adolescentes na área destinada a crianças até 4 anos, limitando o espaço destinado aos pequenos. Falta um funcionário para impor limites e organizar o local durante o funcionamento. Oferecem pouca interação das crianças com animais da fazenda.

Final de Semana no Vale da Mantiqueira

O quarto que eu fechei pelo hotéis.com era totalmente diferente do que a recepção do hotel queria que eu ficasse. Reclamei com a gerente e ela trocou meu quarto. Me senti desmerecida. No sábado a noite já colocaram um papel embaixo da porta do quarto informando o horário do checkout, parecia que estavam me expulsando. Achei o hotel bom, mas a hospitalidade muito ruim. A comida achei muito ruim, os grelhados eram esturricados, os bolos gelados como se estivessem congelados, senti falta do sabor da comida mineira. No mais, o hotel é excelente.

Foram apenas 2 dias de experiência nesse hotel incrível! Parte positiva: Quartos grandes, limpos e arejados. Vista espetacular das montanhas. Duas áreas, grandes, de piscinas aquecidas. Uma grande piscina de borda infinita com vista para parte do hotel e montanhas. Almoço, café e chá da tarde muito bem servidos e diversificados. Parte negativa: Parte da frente do hotel está sendo construído o que parece ser um grande parque aquático e não há tapumes ou alguma divisão que separe a obra dos hóspedes, o que pode comprometer um pouco a segurança.

Descanso no Vale

Lugar top para descansar. Mesmo utilizando ônibus para deslocamento interno, o turista consegue usufruir de boa o hotel. Funcionárias da recepção estão em um degrau abaixo da qualidade apresentada pelo hotel e outros funcionários. Piscinas ótimas, comida muito boa e quarto bom.
