O hotel é excelente, a recepção é ótima e os funcionários tem muito boa vontade em ajudar. A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, passamos oito dias em uma região de praia e não varreram com cuidado o quarto pois havia areia, não batiam as roupas de cama também.

Pedi uma coberta (não tinha nenhuma no quarto) para a minha dormir, demoraram mais de meia hora para levar no quarto. Tive que descer na recepção para reclamar. No check-in o piso do quarto estava encharcado de água, o banheiro cheio de mofo nos rejuntes. Perguntava informações no WhatsApp da recepção e ficava no vácuo, não tem TV a cabo, somente smart para você conectar seu streaming. Atendimento e limpeza, péssimos.
