Great vibes…great stay!

my family really enjoyed our stay at this property! each room was very clean and the beds comfortable, being so close to ithaca falls was an incredible added bonus as well, and our host was communicative and helpful. would definitely recommend and stay again

Fraudulent listing

This house does not have 3 bedrooms. It has 2. Host claims a room right by the front hall and a walkthrough to the kitchen without any doors becomes a bedroom because she put a futon in it. Bathroom sink clogged, malfunctioning smoke alarm, outlet missing cover plate. I had to pay for a hotel room for one of my guests as 3 bedrooms were needed. Apparently I have no recourse.

Charming house in a great location

We had a great time in this well tended home. Terrific location across the street from Ithaca Falls trail and walking distance from Cornell campus. A few cobwebs on the front porch, but inside was very clean. Cadence, our host, communicated very clearly and helpfully before our arrival.
