Hiwassee Holiday is conveniently located on Norris Lake near I-75 and features a great lakefront location, featuring a private dock with 2 boat slips, a large lounging area, and a firepit.

The private dock offers space for two boats and features a large area to enjoy the sun and water – a community boat launch is conveniently located within a short distance, at the end of a nearby cove.

Two marinas are located within a quick boat ride of Hiwassee Holiday - Mountain Lake Marina and Twin Cove Resort & Marina.
