This is a beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath(In each bedroom)Home located on The Amelia Island Omni Resort...( A world-renowned Resort on the South end of beautiful Amelia Island), a cozy resort coastal-themed home. It has relaxing views of the Oak Marsh Fairway. Sit on the back deck and watch the Golfer's T-off. The Oak Creek Golf Club is a bike ride down the street. Serving breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Newly remodeled. The driving range is right there by the Clubhouse.
The house features a small garage for storage, a large driveway, A front deck for sitting, and a rear large deck for dinners outside and catching the lovely afternoon breezes we have here on the Island. It also has an outside shower to wash the sand off from the Beach. There are 3 bikes that can be used by our guests.

If you are looking for a work-stay-vacay...Then you will love this house...it has an upstairs loft with a workstation, which was added as one of the design elements.
The upstairs has a "BUNK" room, as it sleeps 6. 2 Queen beds and a Queen pull-down Murphey bed, another added design feature!

Located Close to Walker's Landing, a very short walk. 24-hour gated security.
A beautiful hanging mossy tree canopy adorns the roads of the Resort. Biking trails, and beautiful Beaches on the Ocean side of the Resort.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We ask that you begin making check out preparations about 2 days before departure and leave te property just like you found it with the exception of the beds and cleaning.
We ask that you wash and dry your towels and any beach towels and put them back. Take all trash out including beds and bath. If you have moved ANYTHING, PLS PUT IT BACK AS IT WAS AT CHECK IN.
If you used the outside GRILL, please burn off and clean and replace the gas tank if EMPTY-Walmart has them. This is someone's second HOME, Please respect that.

Our stay was awesome—the home is honestly even better than the pictures. The place was spotless when we arrived, and the beds and linens were really comfortable. It sits right on the golf course with beautiful trees and Spanish moss, which made the setting feel really relaxing and scenic.The rental manager was helpful and easy to communicate with, and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the BBQ and spending time out on the deck. It’s also an easy walk to the beach and to Walker’s Landing, which was perfect for catching sunsets while walking the dog.Overall, we had a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island - we have been visiting Amelia Island frequently the past few year

The property has been renovated/upgraded recently - very well done renovation. The home is very comfortable and accommodating - a nicely decorated and well equipped home with everything you need for a beach/tennis/golf vacation.
