Amelia Island Treehouse

Be our guest! The Amelia Island Treehouse is the perfect blend of modern design and coastal tranquillity. Nestled at the back of our 5 acre property, our treehouse will be your secret paradise. Located in the heart of Amelia Island, you'll be just 1.9 miles to Beach Access #30 and 2.9 miles from Centre St. in Historic Fernandina Beach. Explore all that Amelia Island has to offer, and come home to a thoughtfully designed oasis.

The Space:

As you enter our property the gravel drive turns into a two lane trail, weaving between towering pines, stately live oaks, and lush sweet gum trees. Covered parking under the tree house leads to a wide staircase, bringing you to the elevated deck and main entry door. As you enter the tree house you'll notice the crisp white walls and stained wood panels. To the right are the Living Room and Kitchenette. There you'll notice the towering windows and sliding glass doors that allow natural to flow in, and incredible views of the lush landscape. Settle down into the two ergonomic chairs, to watch the game, or spin them around to face the woods while enjoying a book. There is a small, modular three piece dining set provided that could also double as a work station. The kitchenette has most everything one could need except a stove. Instead, we have provided an two burner counter top cook top, an air fryer/toaster over combo, and a microwave. Refrigerator/Freezer/Ice maker. Coffee is made on the Keurig Mini (pods,sugar, creamer provided), and a blender is provided for making smoothies. The kitchenette also houses the bluetooth speaker for listening to your favorite music or podcast.

The bedroom has a queen size hybrid mattress, and each night stand has a charging outlet for your devices. There is a luggage rack behind the bedroom door, and a well appointed closet to help get your belongings settled. The full length mirror is mounted here as well.

The bathroom has an oversized shower, 30" vanity and flushing toilet.

The upstairs deck has two adirondack chairs, and patio dining table for two, and a BBQ grill. The covered downstairs deck has two adirondack chairs, two hammocks, and a storage area. Inside the storage area you'll find two beach chair, which we hope you'll take to our of our many nearby beach accesses. Also, a set of pickle ball paddles and balls to take to one of our many court here on Amelia Island.
