This oceanfront condo is situated closely to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The Surf restaurant is just across the street with indoor/outdoor seating and frequent live music. Make the easy 10-minute drive north to downtown Fernandina Beach and enjoy the charming historic district with many unique shops and dining options.

Guests will enjoy the ocean views from the main living space (kitchen, dining, and sitting area) and appreciate waking up to the wall-to-wall windows facing the beach in the master bedroom.
