You get what you pay for? Not even.

I'd been on the road for 2 days straight and just needed a bed and a shower; I hesitate to say I got either. I was given a room key that didn't work, then I found my TV had no remote, and then found my shower didn't work (the pipes to the nozzles stuck out from the wall and just turned loosely). I was told that was the fault of housekeeping (?), then given a new room after needing to visit the front desk each time something new was discovered. The desk employee was very nice and clearly overworked, so I don't blame her. No compensation or anything was offered for the MANY inconveniences incurred. Avoid this place.

I would like to say that I love the fact that the hotel is basically a community. A community that’s kid friendly and a kid safe zone. The staff is very attentive and assertive if need be. I like that they have security on the prioperty.

The shower only had one glass door; there was no toilet paper, and there was a mess on the glass table left by the last person. There were bugs in the light fixtures, and only the living room side of the hotel didn't have a TV. Two of the doors didn't even have doorknobs.

To begin I walk in the lobby and the restraunt attached had music so loud I could barely hear the office lady then went up to my room it was very unclean and I had some chicken and such to make for my kids on our grill only to find out there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the room so the next morning I went down to ask about a microwave and was told that only weekly stayers get microwaves and fridges so I asked her if I could just get a one more night stay and pay for it and was told to not worry she would take care of it only to have housekeeping ahw up around 100 and tell me that I needed to re reserve my room or check out so I decided since she didn't anything she had said to this point I would just go somewhere else so I reserved a room at a new motel and as I left out of the room which I cleaned before I left (better than when I came the lady tells me that since I checked out so late I don't get my deposit even though I this only happened because she didn't reserve the room that she clearly told me at 10 30 am that I was good to go when I tried to stay another night but she never reserved it for me like she said these ppl are thieves and dirty if u have children or dignity don't go here plsdo anything I the ladythe lady ifron
