What an amazing location! Just steps away from the ocean, 2 amazing restaurants, park with playground, putt putt and skate park. Fort Clinch park is also within walking distance and downtown is a short two mile walk. Downtown has some great shops, marina and very good restaurants!
After a busy day of the beach or exploring the area relax in your spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and walk in shower. Large master suite including King bed, double sinks and soaking tub! Huge kitchen with all the amenities.

We came for the car show March 5 - 8. The condo overlooked the park and the ocean. The weather was beautiful and sitting on the deck was very relaxing. It was convenient to the show grounds and close to downtown Fernandina. There are 2 restaurants within a 2 minute walk. That was nice as we were too tired after the car show to fight the traffic and fight for parking downtown. The kitchen had lots of space for cooking and was plenty spacious for the 5 adults that stayed there. There is also a pool but we didn't have time to use it. We would be happy to stay there again. VRBO had the wrong email address for me and I didn't get any check-in instructions. I was able to get in touch with the host and she quickly sent me all the info!

Barbara our host was wonderful! Made several suggestions of things to do during our stay and the Amelia Island Cruise tour was great! We absolutely love her condo and can't wait to come back! Perfect location to watch the sunrise over the ocean, close to several restaurants and also perfect for people watching. Very comfortable and great amenities! Only problem was that we didn't book it for longer, we now know for next time!

We enjoyed the location. The condo was in ok shape. Could use some tlc and a new battery for the garage door opener. The condo agreement form required by the owner was unnecessary since there's already an agreement through vrbo.

This space was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets from the porch. Morning coffee and most meals were had here! Easy walk to the beach and good food (or nightlife if that is your thing). Kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of towels and wash clothes for everyone in our group. There was even a great start to tp and paper towels, which is rare these days. Living space was comfy for movie nights. We had our choice of kcups or brewed coffee. We will be back!

Excellent property, location perfect, beautiful view. Quick walk to beach, restaurants, surf shop and convenience store. Gated garage and private elevator and foyer make ease of storing beach toys, surfboards, chairs, etc., very convenient and secure. Property exactly as listed.

We enjoyed our stay here from July 5-July 12. There were 7 of us and two puppies. The location was fantastic with a very easy, short walk to the beach. The beach was never very crowded and it was always easy to find a spot to set up. We enjoyed finding seashells, hunting shark teeth and relaxing. We ate twice at the Salt Life Shack next door and the food and service were both great. I can’t recommend the Sandbar restaurant. We ate there once and it was not a good experience. Overall a great vacation!

Fantastic Getaway

Five retired teachers enjoyed this lovely condo. Barbara was a gem to work with. Fully stocked, decorated beautifully and so convenient to the beach and Salt Life for great food and entertainment. Highly recommend!

Great location and stay!

We had a wonderful time at this condo!! It is in the perfect location, especially if you have kids. Close to a playground and walking distance to two great restaurants and most importantly, the beach! The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty blankets, pillows, and towels for all! We loved sitting out on the porch looking at the water!

Nice place in a convenient location

This is a nice condo convenient to the beach. It is well equipped; it's nice to have the covered parking for one car. If it is a busy weekend (we were there during Easter and a sea turtle festival) finding extra parking can be challenging for the other guests staying in the condo. Having the 2 restaurants nearby was great, especially Salt Life Food Shack. The place is close to lots of things to visit; nice to have the playground nearby for kids. It was nice to sit on the condo balcony and take in the views (even though there is a good bit of traffic at times).If you're staying in the bedroom with the one queen bedroom you may want to bring a multi outlet plug in if you have several things you want to plug in close to the bed. I would stay here again.

Spring Break 2025

This spacious condo was perfect for our family and friends for spring break week (8 of us) ! There are 2 restaurants within walking distance and it’s an easy access to go on the beach daily! We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the porch and appreciated having the pool area for the afternoons! The owner was quick to respond when we had questions!

Amazing condo for family spring break!

The condo was just as described and pictured. We appreciated how well stocked the space was. The location is directly across from beach, which made it nice for midday breaks. We had two cars and I was concerned about finding parking for the second car at the public lot but this was a non-issue, it was always easy to find a spot. We’ll definitely be back!

Best Location, but Condo Needs Some Attention

PROS:Great building with fantastic views. Love the location on main beach.Has underground parking garage for one car and elevator directly to unit with code- Love this!Dogs are welcome, even though we did not have ours, and I give big thumbs up for that!Rate is fair for the size of unit, occupancy, and the fabulous location.The new couches and king bed in master were new and comfortable. CONS:The condo needed a deep cleaning!We had a window leak during a severe storm (not blaming host for this), but when we moved furniture away from the window to prevent damage, we found a child's sippy cup and cookies! Everything from towels to bedding to kitchen equipment was old and tired, feeling like cast offs from a primary residence. Many things need to be refreshed or replaced.Not enough plates for full occupancy. The ROKU streaming was tricky. Written directions would help. The condo does not look new in the photos, but it looks nicer than what we arrived to. I sent a thorough list of all the issues to the host via email during our stay. Barbara was very nice. Her initial response was simply, "Thanks for letting me know", but she followed up after checkout thanking me for the suggestions and told me she was shopping for new balcony furniture and linens. So, the issues above may very well be fixed for future guests. I would not hesitate to ask. The condo is nice, but not up to par with others in the same building. I am a host, so notice details and may be picky.
