We had a room on the 3rd floor with an older ac unit. Had it turned all the way down to 60 and just did not get cool enough to sleep. They were nice enough to move us to another room on the 2nd floor that had a newer unit. It still wasn't as cold as we like it to sleep but so much better than the first room. The hot tub was HOT, but jets did not work. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is a short drive to the historical district. Bed was very comfortable, the pillows were great. Would definitely stay here again.
