Cozy Getaway w/ Heated Pool & Florida Room

This charming single-story beach house has recently undergone a complete renovation. It is nestled in a peaceful and centrally located neighborhood in Jacksonville Beach, just a short 8-block stroll from the beautiful coastline.

Inside, Mermaid Cove boasts three inviting bedrooms, two well-appointed bathrooms, a dedicated dining area, a sunroom, and a recently remodeled kitchen. The spacious living room is furnished with a large, comfortable sectional couch, while an adjoining sunroom/game room provides extra space to lounge, and to play shuffleboard.

This alluring property is set on a single level, with the highlight of its private backyard being the newly constructed saltwater pool. With every amenity you could desire for an enjoyable beach vacation or extended stay, this home provides an ideal retreat.

Dog friendly: We warmly welcome four-legged canine friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines: Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property. Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone. Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS: Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
