I always stay at this hotel when I’m in Jacksonville. My stays are always excellent. My only real take away will be to not stay near anyone who is traveling with their pet. I don’t have an issue with the pets being their I just don’t want to hear them barking all day and night.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel property was disappointing. Our room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, and the hotel had a very strong smell of weed. The ‘no smoking’ policy doesn’t seem to be strictly enforced.

Wonderful place! Clean, roomy and very friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty with its fresh made omelettes and multiple options for food. Bed time was quiet, beds clean and comfortable. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. They text after checking in to make sure the room is to stander. You can even message back. I had a user error issue that was quickly taken care of through texting. Looking forward to booking our next stay
