The property location was convenient and inviting. However, parking was an issue Saturday night. The supplies were low as they were waiting on a delivery. No housekeeping, the bathroom smelled sour and not cleaned well. Overall, the spacing was amazing and the structure was modern and welcoming. Breakfast was limited and dry. But having it available was nice. Would stay again. Staff was pleasant.

We stayed here to be close to the Cummer Art museum and it was an easy walk. There is a Jimmy John's next door and the hotel is good for activities downtown. The staff wree friendly and helpful. It looked clean and the kitchenette was nice. The room was spacious. Decent breakfast.

Recommended

Comfortable, clean, attractive room. Appreciated the curtain between the bed and small sofa, which allowed one occupant to snooze while another reads. Good complimentary breakfast. Convenient sandwich shop next door, which allowed us to obtain dinner without having to drive around (and get lost) on the confusing Jacksonville streets.
