Dog hair on the blankets, food and trash left on floor from last occupant. DEFINITELY NOT SOUND PROOF. Two washcloths for 3 guests. My first visit i had soap to wash dishes. None this time. Only a small pice of roll of paper towels.. it's overall a nice place to stay because it is relatively new but the cleaning and stocking the room with enough of the normal things severely lack..

This hotel provides good value if you don't want a pool or complimentary breakfast. I like to return to the hotel for my weekend beach trips because it's still in great condition and clean. There's always plenty of parking available even in the evenings.

is it possible to get a refund on the first night, there was an maintenance issue with the plane and I was stranded over night in the airport until the following morning. I did call to inform the hotel of the flight. My stay was absolutely amazing, very clean and friendly.

Great service! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us very well and made us feel welcome. The hotel is close to everything, which was super convenient. Plus, they offer free parking, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

This is not a luxury property, but it is very clean and quiet. Our bed was excellent, it was easy to control our room temperature and the kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator is a bonus. We will stay here again when we need a hotel in Jacksonville.

Horrible! The room smelled overwhelmingly of marijuana or skunk or something. It was not fit for humans to stay in. We were given a different room directly above the first one and it also smelled but to a lesser degree. We decided we couldn’t sleep there due to the smell. It was 4:01 and we were told that the reservation couldn’t be cancelled because we had booked through Expedia and the cutoff time to cancel was 4:00. The lady at the desk said that she would cancel the second night that we had booked but it doesn’t appear to have happened. Waiting on Expedia to get back to me for a refund as the hotel room was not fit for human habitation.
