Disappointed

We were traveling with friends who had never been to Amelia. We have been there every year for 20 years. We got there before our friends ---- and I spent an hour cleaning the surfaces of the entire condo. It probably had been cleaned -------- but no one apparently had stayed in there for at least 2 weeks. All surface areas were dirty and dusty. The porch was filthy. Had to clean all the chairs, table and railing. Board on the porch was loose. The tracks on which the sliding doors move --- all were and are filthy. The washer would not spin the clothes ---- dryer took three cycles to dry clothes. I have to say -------- of all the years we have stayed on the plantation --------- this place was the worst.

Beautiful rental, loved the convenience of the private pool and beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better condo to stay in! Will be returning 100%.
