Family of 3 from St. Louis, last trip before school starts. 1st time to Island. Condo was perfect for our needs. Beautiful decor, comfy beds, clean and well stocked. Parking was never a problem. Pool was large, plenty of seating and never crowded. The boardwalk to beach was great, loved the 2 hoses provided tobrinse feet. Complex even had sand toys, boogie boards anf beach vhairs to borrow. Highly recommend.

Family Vacay 2025

Condo was as pictured! Ease back and forth to the beach was seamless! Short distance out to the beach. Pool was never crowded. Beds comfy. Plenty of cooking supplies in kitchen. The unit could use one TV in the bedroom. Also, we were unable to locate a broom to sweep up sand during our stay & no iron! Lastly, needs a larger washer/dryer because it is recommended not putting beach towels in the washer to use the laundromat down the street. Also, there were locks on the master closet and no where to hang clothes in the additional bedroom.

The condo was very clean and updated, nice linens and appliances. You might consider leaving a broom and a dustpan for guests to clean up sand and sweep over the floors, there is a vacuum available. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, looking forward to the next beach trip.

Serenity at Sand Dollar Villas

My cousin and I came to Fernandina Beach for our annual girls getaway. Our stay at SandDollar Villas was just what we needed. Beautiful view, relaxing space, comfortable bed...we liked everything so much we intend to return next May to the same location, same unit. It was just perfect!

The condo is very close to restaurants and bars. The view from the balcony for sunrise is beautiful. The unit is exceptionally decorated with a beach theme, well stocked and clean.Would highly recommend staying , you won’t be disappointed.

Very small, no closet available, 3 hangers on an etagere. To actually see the ocean you have to go on the balcony and you mostly see parking lot. WiFi issues took up 3 hours of the first night “working” for the host to get it fixed then he blamed my phone! Would not go back.

Atlantic Ocean out your Window

The condo is cute and was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the balcony to catch some sun, read and watch the sunset. The condo has a nice TV with many apps. Loved the view and the access beach was so easy. The complex is very nice with plenty of parking. The location to other beaches was great! So many restaurants on the same road you did not have to travel far to get great food. All of them have beach access and a great view. The island has so many parks, we visited to the State Park down the street from the condo.

So Nice and Relaxing!

This condo is in the perfect location and the view is incredible! There are many things to do and see on Amelia Island and this location is right in the middle of it all. This little unit is nicely decorated and thoughtfully stocked. Super comfortable beds make for a great night's sleep. Having the Keurig was great to make a quick cup of coffee before getting down to the beach to watch the sun rise! We're grateful for the opportunity to stay in this lovely place! Thank you!

Peaceful Stay

Well apportioned condo with a short walk to beautiful beach. Check out local nature preserve and Fort Clinch. We rented bikes and rode the length of the island on designated trails. Of course great food downtown at any number of venues.

Perfect Spot

This place was darling and exactly as described. It has a lot of nice little added welcome touches like waters, snacks, coffees and candies. The owner reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and offered his assistance with anything we didn't. The location was great with easy access to the beautiful beach. We loved it being right between downtown Fernandina and Amelia Island Plantation. All in all a five star experience.

Nice enough

The unit is decorated nicely and is comfortable, except for lack of closet space. Owners are storing some stuff in the closets which leaves little room to hang your clothes. The main reason for the 4 stars is the unattractive ness of the outside of the units. They need some updating. However inside is nice and comfortable.

Summer Getaway

This property was perfectly described and centrally located to everything! My family and I enjoyed our stay for a summer getaway and we look forward to using this location again. Just steps away from the beach and when you're ready to cool down or take a quick swim, the pool was readily available.
