At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this home features the master bedroom on the first floor with a Smart TV, along with a bright kitchen, a formal dining room and a living room with high ceilings, a fireplace with a large Smart TV above and a row of French entry doors. The Queen bedroom has a Smart TV as does the twin bedroom has a TV monitor that will play DVD's. The expansive upstairs den also has a large Smart TV. Outside there are several balconies and patios where you can clearly hear the sound of the ocean waves. The first floor laundry room and the two-car garage make clean-up from recreational activities a breeze! The pool is oceanfront, the tennis courts & gym are a 5 minute walk and the ocean is a short walk across the street to the boardwalk!

The best and worst of all!

The home is beautiful. We loved the extra living space upstairs. The furniture there was very comfy. Loved having 4 bathrooms! Easy walk to ocean and pool. Ample pantry to store food. Tons of dishes and glasses that were plastic, but looked expensive. Great supply of beach towels. Closet space was wonderful, but improvements should be made, i.e. buy some decent hangars as what was left for our use were cheap and flimsy, balcony doors were all painted shut and would not open, feces left on plunger in the 1/2 bath, NO toaster (we bought one and left it), garage was so full we could barely get our car inside, hard water stains in all toilet bowls, white furniture main level (even coverings), no room darkening shades in either upstairs bedroom, water leaks in 1/2 bath and dining room (came in under patio door and seeped to the tile and carpet), key was not left for use of exercise room, needs new mattress in primary bedroom (1" foam topper doesn't cut it), dining room chairs are heavy, very uncomfortable and don't fit under the table (cushions could help), gate code information given was wrong (requires # before number), furniture in main living area very uncomfortable, TV's non-user friendly.
