Staff at both Try but Hilton at the Jacksonville Airport and Jacksonville by River we so helpful and courteous. Those two young ladies were so patient with me. I actually accidently booked at the wrong Tru. Both employees helped to get me settled in after driving 8 hours and being tired Your rooms are clean enough to eat on. The bathroom was spotless and towels so clean. The bed was so comfortable and my back felt much better after waking up. The bed linen smelled wonderful This location was perfect for me to get the rest that I really needed. Thank you Tru

The entire hotel from the time you walk through the doors to the room itself was very clean and beautiful! We were greeted with a smile and I liked that they sent us a text during our stay to make sure we are comfortable and enjoying our stay.

I was disappointed when I learned that the information I was given was inaccurate regarding the parking availability. I was told by a Hilton employee that I could park at the hotel have a complimentary shuttle to the airport and leave my car parked at no extra charge although I would only be staying for one night coming in. Upon checking in I learned there was a $50 additional fee. I feel because of my honesty I incurred a fee that others would not have. I do not blame the check-in staff as she was extremely polite and helpful.

Amazingly clean and conveniently located. We got a good night's sleep and enjoyed a great breakfast before checking out. The staff that morning were friendly and did a good job of constantly checking the breakfast area for cleanliness and supply. We will definitely return if we are in the area again.

This is an Ok hotel. It is not nearly as nice and comfortable as the South Mandarin location. The area is busy and a little shady. Secure everything or it will get stolen. I will find a different hotel the next time I work up there.

The room was clean, the front desk was very helpful as we arrived early, due to our flight. They were able to get us in early (with a fee). We also needed to book a transfer to the cruise port and they have that service available as well.
