The furniture was broken and barely able to sit on any of it. My mom had to sit on the bed because chairs were in such poor shape she couldn’t get out of them. Each night parking spots taken by golf carts and cars with no parking pass. No hot tub in the villas and gate to swimming pool wouldn’t work with code given. Come to find out staff gave us the code backwards. I won’t be using this property again

An okay resort

We were switched from one of the villas to the Omni Hotel. This was an upgrade because we had an ocean front room. The room was nice, but the resort nickled and dimed us to death which annoyed me. We had to pay $40 a day for valet parking at the hotel or $25 a day to self park in an inconvenient lot. If I have to self park, then the parking should be free. We ended up using the valet because it was a pain to use the garage. I expected a little more from the room itself. The shower leaked and the tiles in the shower were loose and moving all around on the floor. I reported the shower leak when we left. The room was very quiet so we both slept well which is a huge plus. Overall it was a decent place, but I'm not sure I would go back.

It was a great spring break getaway for a family of four. The villas are amazing and have a kitchen and plenty of space and there’s laundry available on site if needed, which is great for families the property is beautiful with lots to do and a lot of of places to eat.

Very old property, not clean, non-working jacuzzi tub, unintelligible staff at check in playing loud music when walked in. Very inconvenient property to get around as everything is very spread out.

This was our 2nd time at Omni AI and we lived it just as much as our first! There were 8 of us and our villa on Captain’s Court was wonderful and very comfortable. We used almost all the amenities the whole week we were there, had 2 golf carts to get around, ate at almost all the restaurants on-site and just enjoyed all aspects of the resort. We will be back again..
