Welcome to the amazing Rancho de Suenos Resort style vacation rental property! Built and designed to entertain and party, this spacious luxury property is breathtaking and includes a very generous host of amenities!

Located in Herradura across the road from the famous Los Suenos Resort, Rancho des Suenos offers 20 well appointed rooms w/ensuite bathrooms.
A large indoor air conditioned living room/party room, outside rancho to accommodate your group
And its crown jewel is a large swimming pool with a jacuzzi and a swim up bar.

Due to it’s short distance from Jaco Beach (approx 20 minutes) each rental includes the following Breakfast and Dinner Chef Service (groceries are not included). A private bus and driver (26 passenger) for 15 consecutive hours per day to facilitate your group (transportation to and from the airport not included).

It’s the perfect spot to rest, unwind, party and luxuriate in private whatever your reason for celebrating.

Rancho de Suenos is a perfect spot for large groups and families looking for comfort, space and privacy. If your group is a little smaller but the spot is just perfect for your needs please email us. The property offers a fewer room option while still remaining private for your group.

The base Rate set per night here on VRBO is based on you taking all 20 Bedrooms with a max of 26 guests if singles and 40 if couples/families

13 Bedroom Option - you may rent Rancho de Sueños as 13 bedrooms only at a reduced nightly rate if you have 13 singles or less singles or up to 26 if a couples/family group.

The base nightly rate for the 13 bedroom option is
*$2300/nt Green Season (May 1-December 16)
*$2900/nt in high season (January 6-April 30)
**not including VRBO booking fees, cleaning fee, management fee.

If you take the 13 bedroom option, the remaining 7 bedrooms would be locked. It would still be YOUR group only on the property for the entire length of your rental. We would NOT rent the other rooms to another party.

*Prices listed for up to 26 people.
*For groups over 26 people, add $25/person per night, up to a total maximum occupancy of 40 people.
*For couples and families with children some exceptions may be made.
*Prices listed do not include fees, airport transfers and gratuities.

All of our drivers are safe, professional, licensed and insured. When searching for flights keep in mind that Juan Santa Maria airport ( SJO) is the closest one to Jaco ( approx. 1.5 hours away) and your best option. Liberia is approximately 4 hours away.

* Check In: We make check in smooth, quick and helpful for you. You'll check in at our office located in the center of Jaco. Our friendly and professional office staff and our VIP concierges will be waiting for you to arrive and greet you.

* Area Orientation: A VIP Concierge will escort you to the house, give your group an extremely helpful orientation about the area, the best things to see and do, where to go and not to go, and answer your many questions. The concierges are all Costa Rican, have lived here their whole lives and are true local experts and guides.

*Private Chef Service: We offer incredible private chef service through Jaco VIP. Most of our guests book this service and rave about it! The chefs will discuss menu options with your group, take care of the shopping, prepare and serve your meal. They have a vast repertoire of dishes they can prepare and don't forget to ask them about their personal favorites and local flavors.

*Activities: Our concierges will arrange the best activities and tours for you with the area's best tour operators and at discounted rates. All tour operators we use have been thoroughly vetted , time tested and chosen because they offer the highest quality and most professional experiences to our guests.

The house is located only 10 minutes away from the Los Suenos Marina - known as the Fishing Capital of Costa Rica, the Fishing here is world class year round. We have an On-Staff fishing Pro who will hook you up with the area's best Captains and boats.

*Housekeeping - Light housekeeping is provided daily in your rental, linens are changed every other day.

* Full time maintenance staff on call just in case. Things break, stop working, don't work right etc.. It happens occasionally and when it does, we have maintenance staff on the ready to fix, repair or replace any hiccups that might occur during your stay.
