Casa Sirena is a 10,000 square foot 2 story direct ocean front masterpiece with a 3rd story social area that is all about enjoying the Costa Rican outdoors. Built by the famed Costa Rican architect firm Alianz and designed around upscale living with a very modern style. The location offers laid back beach vibes, but conveniently located to endless shops, eateries and nightlife, giving you the best of both worlds.

Boasting: 7 bedrooms on the main house and 2 guest rooms above the garage with 7 full bathrooms, 4 half baths, elevator, private pool, Jacuzzi and more outdoor social areas than one house should ever have. The attention to detail during the design and build process offers a truly unique experience that is second to none for an oceanfront home in Costa Rica.

The home comes with a full time housekeeper, 24/7 concierge that is available to help with any questions, needs or wants during your stay.
