We love the location. It’s right by the beach and further from the noise from Jacó. The restaurant was good and not too expensive. The room was simple but clean.

En general el hotel tiene una ubicación excelente frente a la playa, muy limpio y ordenado, el staff muy servicial y educado. Los únicos detalles son que al inmobiliario si necesita mantenimiento y el restante los precios son un poco elevados en comparación precio/calidad

Hotel and rooms are very dated and need remodeling and numerous repairs. Pictures do not reflect the actual room received. Room is in much worse condition. Disappointed, but was only a weekend trip. Not priced according to quality and condition. Will not be returning.

We checked in and got to the room and it was not what was expected. The hotel was uncomfortably hot. The pictures advertised are not accurate. They may have been when the hotel opened, but now looks nothing like the pictures and the area is not safe. And even though the ocean is right across the street, you can't swim it in it because of the rip currents. We ended up leaving before we even put our bags down and went to another hotel for the night. Highly displeased And should not even be suggested on this site.

The property andthe room were very clean. This hotel is obviously very family friendly but the noise level from 8 AM until 11 PM is quite substantial especially with a pool front room. The dining room area was not super clean and the food was average. But decent. The location is excellent across from the beach, but the locals love to gather across the road for beach access so it’s definitely not very private. The staff was wonderful and I would recommend this equivalent to a two star in the United States.

The staff was really nice and helpfull, nice pool in the middle of the property, lots of locals were staying there with their families, the beach was beautiful and just in front of the hotel

First I’d like to begin with the lizard in my room on my bed. They laughed that I wanted it removed. Almost an hour wait for wash towels, had to request several times just to be able to shower. Then the water didn’t stay warm/hot, so I had to take a cold shower! I kept having to walk to the front desk for all requests, even though every time I went I mentioned to them my phone wasn’t working in the room. Then we had a flat in our rental and couldn’t locate a jack, asked at the hotel and the staff was rude about not having one. The front desk guy didn’t even try to see if anyone who worked there may have one we could borrow for a bit. Unfortunately, my experience in this hotel wasn’t great! I will not recommend this place to anyone I know!

We paid for a room with jacuzzi and couldn’t use it there was no hot water even to take a shower. Maintenance guy didn’t know how to do his job he was a teenager. I don’t recommend if you can’t even take a hot shower for the money you are paying . We also tried calling to report problem they didn’t pick up the phone and no one was at the reception.

I came to have a relaxing weekend to myself to work on some projects and it was perfect. I loved looking at the beach while getting some work done. So much nature. The breakfast was good, I liked the tico breakfast best. I came early and still received my room before the listed time. The hot tub in the room was nice. The only thing was the shower was not always hot. Sometimes I had to wait an hour or two for hot water. Enjoyed this place and would come back
