Friendly staff, good and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. We had the “included” parking option which was good

Nothing is too much trouble, we did experience some delay at breakfast however due to the lack of tourism there were language barriers which are being worked on. By the time we return next summer we are in no doubt that it will be the well oiled machine it was when we stayed previously. Thank you

This was a wonderful hotel in a great location. We enjoyed walking around the city in the evening. Wish we stayed longer.

Amazing place, at the most beautiful area of old Jaffa. Room and common spaces are well thought after, with uinque and luxurious items and overall feel. Food at Breakfast was one of the best I have eaten at any hotel. Only thing I would improve is the fact there was no snaks at the mini bars (empty with a few sodas/mineral water) and that the towels are small and feels cheap (by any standard).
