The room was tidy. The carpet and the bathroom need more than a quick clean. We went to breakfast at 8.30. There was not a lot left annd some of our looked very stale and unpalatable. The hotel had a couple of big groups staying, so they should continue until close of servoce to replenish the food. As a couple travelling we would have paid mote than people in the big groups, so why not look after us as well?

Room was ready before check in and clean and comfortable. Breakfast available although limited (no cooked eggs) at 3 am before our 6am flights. Had luggage carts for us. Only thing they could improve on was information about cost of taxi back to Sarina. Would highly recommend.

The scent piped throughout the hotel is wayyyyy too much. Too heavy. It doesn’t smell fresh, it stinks. The scent in the hallways and by the main elevators is nauseating. Ironic after I had signed a sheet promising I wouldn’t smoke. (I don’t smoke.) Is such a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. Honestly this is the only major complaint I have.

we were only there for transit. the hotel wasn't too far from International Departure Terminal. one room only has one key card. if you do want to have an extra one, you will need to pay a refundable deposit.

This was our second stay here dueing our travels, actually could of stayed at another hotel at companies expense but chose Anara based on experiences of past stay. Staff is far superior than mist area hotels, they try hard to please you and to make sure your stay is 5 star. Arrived around midnight with 7 very large and heavy luggage, as soon as they saw us approaching they came up and started to assist by taking luggage and placing in storage and asking about connecting flights, which we were switching to donestic and another terminal 10 minute drive away, luggage was over 300 lbs total. Hotel staff arranged hotel shuttle to transport us next day along with picking up luggage and taking to shuttle to make it so eaay, costs were cheaper than hire of taxi! (Too much to take on shuttle bus or train). Now the breakfast buffet is the best, food and service is 5 star and it opens at 2:00AM for those early flights. Can't go wrong with Anara Hotels.

Best Hotel Breakfast

The overnight stay here was very good, after we found the hotel. The wayfinding signage was very poor until you are almost there. Google takes you outside and not to the hotel at all. The room was clean. The bathroom lean,but the shower was a bit mouldy. The staff of the hotel were very hospitable and made our stay excellent. The buffet breakfast was extremely fresh, and a very wide array of sweet, savoury dishes. We will stay again on our way back

Good for one night - a bit of walking required

This was a one night stop while travelling from Manado to Bali. We arrived at terminal 3 and the directions to the hotel were good but because they are renovating the terminal we had to go outside and come back in at the far end to go up the lift to the hotel (which confused us a bit). There isn't much signage for this hotel but people pointed us in the right direction. Once there the hotel was fine for one night and had everything we needed. The aircon and wifi were good and we ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on the mezzanine level (wine is very expensive here). Our flight the next morning was from terminal one so we had to make our way back along the other end of T3 and go up a level for the Sky Train.
