Housekeeping service and safety is terrible. The staff took the liberty of opening up my zipped luggage to check its contents without any authorisation. There is no justification to have the rights to open personal belongings of guests under any circumstances as this can be deemed criminalistic. Aircon is also not able to be under proper control, leading to fluctuating temp inside the room which caused the guest (me) to catch a cold and fall sick.

Family was dropping off my wife just arriving from America and front staff questions my wife, how many children come with you? . This made my wife shy and upset. Instead of the children able to see grandma for her first few hours back in Jakarta, she rushed them out.

The services of the staffs was remarkable. If their motto stated “Melayan dengan senang hati !” It’s true Gems. Breakfast Banquet is marvelous. They truly go above and beyond. Many times blew my minds and My best friend Misslinda, how the chef and the staffs remember if I loved their colak singkong and special prepared from the kitchen for me.
