60th Birthday Celebration

The Hard Rock is an older resort and in need of repairs and upgrades. But the staff are wonderful and most are very friendly. Stepping out on the beautiful beach area and walking for kilometres was amazing. Bucerias is not far at all and a nice area to visit. The Melacon isn’t far away either. Definitely would go back.

What can I say !

Rooms old. Huge jacuzzis take a lot of room. There should be a choice if you want the jacuzzi or not in your room. double beds in turn are small for two people. Housekeeping is late even if you ask them to clean first thing in morning. Several times asked for water and it didn’t come. No late check out. Even though on check in , the Room was not available when it was supposed to be. Some staff friendly but some down right unhelpful. I asked for a receipt upon check out and they said I have to email the hotel to ask for one. Rooms are very dated and old. Showers are old and dated. Full Ocean View was amazing. Room is not sound proof. So if you don’t want non stop rock music from the pool area , there is nothing to do.

We had a great stay, the staff is very attentive and wants to make sure you have a great time. The resort is very loud especially at night and the “balconies” are tiny-they are big enough to stand on and look out but not sit and enjoy the outdoors.

The room was nice. Room service was great! Johan checked us in at reservation desk-very professional and friendly. Outside jacuzzi’s didn’t appear very clean so skipped those. The overall service was good. The only real complaint was in setting up additional packages ie the sunset tour. We cancelled 24 hours in advanced as requested and still have not been refunded our money. The supervisor was rather rude and told us auditors there on Monday so there was nothing he could do. Feel like we have gotten the total run around and not much professionalism with this issue. Not my problem that Hotel doesn’t employee workers who know how to refund an excursion that was properly cancelled.

From start to finish, the service at this resort is exceptional, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is unforgettable. Diana had everything prepared for our arrival and checked in with us throughout the stay, ensuring every detail was perfect. The resort itself is immaculate, the food is outstanding, and the entertainment team truly stands out. A special shout-out to Kevin, Georgia, and Ash from Entertainment, who created an experience like no other. Gregorio and Morgan kept us refreshed poolside during the day, and when evening arrived, Manuel took over at the Sun Bar, making sure our night was just as enjoyable. Their dedication and hospitality made our trip truly special.

We liked most everything. There was one night we ordered room service and it never showed up. Also, it was very loud in this section where we stayed all night. Would love to come back though.

The hotel had an amazing staff. They were kind and helpful, everyone rushed to help us in any way. The beach was very peaceful but the party was awesome!!! They have super fun events every night for the whole family and adults. New year eve party was fantastic and unforgettable. Very happy with Hard Rock experience, will definitely return.
