We had a really enjoyable stay at this property and would happily stay again. The property manager was open to feedback and quick to respond, which gives us confidence this home has the potential to be a true 5-star stay. The location is perfect — only 5 minutes to Kiama and beaches, yet surrounded by rolling green hills and stunning scenery. The house was clean on arrival, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for our large group. Bedrooms are generous, and the home can sleep up to 20 if you use underbeds and roll-outs. One bedroom is set up to sleep 10, which was great fun for our group of kids (though noisy at times), but may not suit everyone. Multiple living spaces were a big plus — kids loved the downstairs lounge for gaming and movies while adults enjoyed the upstairs decks with valley views. The kitchen was excellent, with two large fridges, a big oven, walk-in pantry, and loads of storage, making catering for 20 very manageable. The heated pool was another highlight, especially with the safety ledge for younger swimmers. There are a few areas for improvement: several household basics were missing (e.g. paper towels, chopping boards, tissues, washing powder, oil, coffee pods), some small maintenance issues arose (sliding door track, loose toilet roll holder, a few drawer fronts), and blinds in the kids’ bedroom would be very helpful.Overall, this is a beautiful home in an outstanding location. With a few tweaks it could easily move from great to exceptional.
